Hey thanks - I remeber seeing an other IGOT graph showing a similar line going up in steps. Searched & found:
"here’s a visualisation of the cutoff point at 136 assistants. The reincarnation level changes both slopes, but not the cutoff point. I think I made it at R16 but I’m not sure." - MichovJ Source
Turns out it was assistant+spell casts, not mana - but with shapeshifting, the slopes must be similar.
PS: btw, the line at desmos can take time to appear. If you don't see anything, wait - don't scroll/zoom, or it'll have to restart the calculations.

That graph was back around r8, I believe. It would have to be scaled up a lot for later reincarnations, like r19. The change in slope is accurate, it would simply need scaling.
